You have come to the right place. Here at TELOS you will venture far afield through places many others have yet to travel.And yet, much of what you will learn is actually classical and historical. But also well hidden. Because there are truths here that many do not want you to learn.
Now why would that be?
One of the more sobering truths about our place here on earth is that throughout history, men have always sought power over others. Oftentimes ruthlessly. We see that unfolding even now in the Ukraine tragedy. In the western world, power is acquired in less violent ways. We are all familiar with the power of wealth, fame, celebrity and politics. But there is also another arena of power. One Perhaps far more insidious and influential than these. That is the power of discourse. The power to frame the narrative to which most adhere in their understanding and dealingwith the world around them. To be sure, from the founding of this country till about 1960, the power of discourse was held rather firmly by religious groups.
The proclamations from Cardinals, Bishops, parish priests, Evangelicals and Rabbis informed the behavior and decision making of much of the population to a large degree. We see now that that power has been substantially diminished. We have become a secular society.
Who has replaced those clerics who once guided society?
In the wake of the pandemic, we are all now quite aware of the answer. “Follow the science” became our guide post.
Scientists have now become the high priests of our society. They are the smart people who send rockets to the moon, run the internet, and build cell phones and electric cars. Who are we to doubt them?
One of the main reasons that we had for letting scientists lead the way in place of religious groups was because we thought that they did not have an hidden agenda. The agenda of religious groups is obvious, and if you are so aligned, then all is well. But if you were not, then it seemed reasonable to replace clerics with scientists. But now we know from the experience of the pandemic, that it is not quite so simple. Much of what they proclaimed as hard science was in fact nothing of the kind. Scientists betrayed their hidden motive to control society rather than to simply interpret data.In the wake of the pandemic and all of the chaos and suffering from the draconian lockdowns, the one good thing is that the average person now can see that the mask of deception has been lifted.
But this website has nothing to do with lockdowns, vaccine mandates, masks, social distancing or anything related to pandemic management.
This website however is here for the sole purpose of exposing the lies, the deceit, the sedition and the betrayal of the scientific establishment,imposed on us through their newly found power of discourse in this the secular/technical 21st century.
